Return, Exchange and Shipping

Return:
If you are not happy with the product – no worries – we have 3 days returns policy.
-Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned or exchanged if informed on same day of delivery.

-Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or return in the form of coupon code (like credit note you get from shop)which you can use any time in future on our website or whatsapp us we can create order for you.

-Return Shipping will be borne by the customer. 

 -Readymade dress can’t be exchanged.

How to claim an exchange or return
-You must have photographic proof of the product , which you need to whatsapp us on 8743064226
Claim should be reported within same day of delivery.
If your claim is accepted by us, you need to return product within 7 days of approval.
– We will Arrange return pick up from your place. Delivery charges will be paid by customer.

Refund

-If you receive any defected product from us you need to send photographic proof on on whatsapp 8743064226 with order ID

 -Once approved, you’ll have multiple refund options available, like a full refund, store credit and even a partial refund if you decide to keep the piece.

– You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

-Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

We normally dispatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

Return Shipping Cost

For all returns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover shipping for the new product. However, in case of returns due to a defective product, we will add an additional INR.100 to the selected mode of refund as compensation for your shipping cost
